Abstract: 

This paper examines in detail the little-known Friday Mosque (masjid-i jāmi‘) of Firdaus, located southwest of the Khurasan, which has had a key role in developing Saljuq Architecture in the area. The original scheme of the mosque was unclear. The lofty īwān and two flanking dome chambers on the west (qibla) side of the courtyard are the central core of the mosque. The main aim of the article is to analyse the Architecture of the mosque and demonstrate its association with the architectural style of the Saljuq mosque in the Khurasan area.  During the conservation and restoration measures in 2006, some fresh materials were unearthed. The new findings shed light on the original features of the mosque and revealed its formation. The paper describes the city's history, defines its architectural characteristics, and then analyses the present information for replying to the research questions. Owing to the outcomes of the archaeological investigation, the study suggests the general scheme of the mosque as a further example of the two- īwān mosque, which may be dated to the late years of the 6th /12th century. Despite the importance of the mosque, no lengthy study has been published about the building. The accurate drawing of the plan and sections of this monument, with the proposal scheme for the reconstruction of the mosque, are being published in this paper for the first time.

Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

Background and Objectives: Most of the recent dialogue policy learning ‎methods are based on reinforcement learning (RL). However, the basic RL ‎algorithms like deep Q-network, have drawbacks in environments with ‎large state and action spaces such as dialogue Systems. Most of the ‎policy-based methods are slow, cause of the estimating of the action value ‎using the computation of the sum of the discounted rewards for each ‎action. In value-based RL methods, function approximation errors lead to ‎overestimation in value estimation and finally suboptimal policies. There ‎are works that try to resolve the mentioned problems using combining RL ‎methods, but most of them were applied in the game environments, or ‎they just focused on combining DQN variants. This paper for the first time ‎presents a new method that combines actor-critic and double DQN named ‎Double Actor-Critic (DAC), in the dialogue System, which significantly ‎improves the stability, speed, and performance of dialogue policy learning. ‎Methods: In the actor critic to overcome the slow learning of normal DQN, ‎the critic unit approximates the value function and evaluates the quality ‎of the policy used by the actor, which means that the actor can learn the ‎policy faster. Moreover, to overcome the overestimation issue of DQN, ‎double DQN is employed. Finally, to have a smoother update, a heuristic ‎loss is introduced that chooses the minimum loss of actor-critic and ‎double DQN. ‎Results: Experiments in a movie ticket booking task show that the ‎proposed method has more stable learning without drop after ‎overestimation and can reach the threshold of learning in fewer episodes ‎of learning. ‎Conclusion: Unlike previous works that mostly focused on just proposing ‎a combination of DQN variants, this study combines DQN variants with ‎actor-critic to benefit from both policy-based and value-based RL methods ‎and overcome two main issues of both of them, slow learning and ‎overestimation. Experimental results show that the proposed method can ‎make a more accurate conversation with a user as a dialogue policy ‎learner.‎

Abstract: 

The knowledge graph plays an important role in the Semantic Web and Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools. There are many knowledge bases in different languages, however lack of Farsi-specific knowledge base appears some defects in research and industrial applications. In this study, the most comprehensive knowledge base in Farsi language is presented, which consists of more than 500K of entities and 7 million relations, which is accessible in an open source repository. Data is supplied from four sources: Farsi Wikipedia and its structured data such as infoboxes, web tables, Wiki tables, and a relation extraction module. A variety of challenges of triple extraction from web tables, especially wiki tables, is addressed and some solutions to tackle these challenges are offered. According to the semantic web, RDF data model and OWL2 ontology employed to implement the Farsi Knowledge Graph (FKG). Resources and their relations are stored in triple format, therefor access to the knowledge graph is provided by a SPARQL endpoint. The FKG consists of several main parts including triple extraction from raw text, triple extraction from structured data, knowledge base creation, a search System on the knowledge base, and an entity linking module. In this paper, overall Architecture of these parts is discussed in detail. One of the major contribution of this work is mapping of the ontology to the FarsNet, the Persian WordNet, for research purposes. In this graph, there are a large amount of information on a variety of topics including famous people, important places, organizations and companies, literary and art works, physiology, biology, events, species, astronomy, etc. For evaluation purposes, a small part of triples were randomly collected to build a test dataset for manually inspection. Experimental results demonstrate that more than 94% of triples were obtained correctly through the process of extraction, conversion, mapping, transformation and store. Future of internet according to the semantic web will be a complex and huge global knowledge base, therefor the FKG can play a significant role in developing this emerging technology.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Although the current Architecture of information Systems as necessary step in the process of establishing hospital information Systems have been considered. Continuous evaluation of hospital information Systems to determine the extent necessary to achieve its objectives. This study aimed to develop indicators to assess hospital information Systems Architecture has been conducted.Methods: The present study is a qualitative study using the Delphi technique in 2013 in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences has been done. Twenty expert’s in the field of information Systems through purposive sampling and the availability of medical sciences universities were selected. The main method of data collection questionnaire based on Likert scale, the literature review was conducted to determine its constituent elements Interviews as well as additional methods of data collection were used. Validity through content validity and reliability of the test -retest was confirmed by experts. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software.Results: Developing indicators for the assessment of hospital information Systems Architecture, the six main components including functionality, reliability, being employed, efficiency, maintainability and portability consists of 86 indicators were extracted from the data analysis. For each of the main components of the 12 indicators, 8 indicators, 24 indicators, 21 indicators, 13 indicators and 8 indicators and methods of calculating each indicator was introduced.Conclusion: This study assessed indicators for hospital information Systems Architecture provides and hospitals can use these indicators to evaluate their hospital information System software.

Abstract: 

Although Blockchain can significantly change the future of ERP Systems as an innovative tech-nology, few researchers have gone into the details of this development. Most have given an overview of the changes ahead. Therefore, in this research, we have tried to use the method of Exploratory Content Analysis (ECA) by reviewing more than three hundred scientific articles in the field of Blockchain to analyze the effects of this technology on ERP System modules such as supply chain management, maintenance, finance, project management, manufacturing, and hu-man capital management. The result of this exploratory research is an architectural model for a blockchain-based ERP System. The researchers describe the functions of this System carefully, and the role of supporting technologies such as Smart Contract, IoT, Digital Wallet, Cloud Com-puting, and Building Information Model is clarified. We genuinely believe that this research could use as a reference model for ERP vendors and researchers in information Systems and business process management
